Purchase a bag slot and join us on our live stream. When your slot is called, you will choose a number from the available mystery bags. The number you choose will determine your mystery bag and prize.

Bags may contain a mix of candies, cosmetics, accessories, and other items.

IMPORTANT: These are mystery bags. You do not get to choose the contents of your bag.

If you purchase more than one bag, duplicates are possible. We do not guarantee that multiple purchases will contain different items.

If you are not present when your slot is called, we will choose and pull a bag for you so we can keep the live moving. Your selected bag will then be packed and shipped to you as a mystery box.

All mystery grab bag purchases are final sale. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements will be accepted due to the mystery nature of the product.

SHIPPING

We package all orders with care. Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend keeping all packaging and taking photos of any damage for your claim.
